Как привести себя в форму
Поставил себе цель: дрочить только после 25 нормальных отжиманий. Сделал - можно. Параллельно качаю пресс и подтягивания.
В итоге подтянул фигуру, сбросил вес, пресс даже появился. Но в свои 20 всё ещё девственник....😢
